Every order ships free. Here is how long it takes, how to track it and what to do when the box arrives.

Delivery charges

Shipping is free on every order. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay for delivery to your door.

How long it takes

  • Dispatch: within 2–4 business days of your order.
  • Delivery: usually 6–10 business days from the day you order.

Remote pincodes, public holidays and bad weather can add a few days. If your order is running late, we will tell you.

Tracking your order

You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If the link has not arrived four business days after ordering, write to customer support.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through our courier partners. If we cannot reach your pincode, we contact you and refund the order in full.

When the box arrives

  • Check the box before you sign. If it looks badly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt.
  • If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging.
  • We send the missing or replacement part, or a replacement product.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. After that the order is usually packed or on its way, so it is handled as a return under the 30-day trial.
