The 30-day trial

The trial starts on the day your order is delivered. For 30 days you can return the product for any reason, including simply changing your mind.

How to return

  1. Email opusedge.in@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Pack the product with all its parts and accessories, in the original packaging if you still have it.
  3. We arrange the pickup and confirm the date with you.
  4. Once the product reaches us and is checked, we issue your refund.

Condition of the product

Normal use during the trial is expected. The product should be complete, clean and free of damage beyond normal use. If parts are missing or the product is damaged, we may deduct the cost of putting it right.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used to order. [Refund timeline: to be confirmed by Opus Edge.] Your bank may take a few more working days to show the amount.

Wrong, damaged or faulty items

If you received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace the part or the product at no cost. You can still choose a full refund under the 30-day trial.

Exchanges

Want a different colour, size or model? Return the first order for a refund and place a new order. It is the fastest way to get the one you want.

After 30 days

Once the trial ends, defects are looked after by the 3-year warranty.
